RENTAL POLICY :

Except in Peak Rental Periods, most rental items may be available for pick up the day before the event and returned the morning after the event. Rental rates are for 24 hr period.

Reservation of items is suggested. A deposit of $50.00 or 20% down, whichever is greater, is required. All rental fees and deposits are to be paid in full before rental items leave the premises.

To avoid a cleaning charge all china, glassware & flatware should be returned clean and back in their original containers.

Table linens must be returned dry and free of food. Permanent stains, wax burns, mildew, etc will incur a replacement charge.

All fuels such as propane will be charged at current rates.

Customer is responsible for having all electrical, gas ,and water lines marked before tents are installed. We are not responsible for any damage to the electrical, gas and water lines if struck.

There are no refunds for unused rental items.

IDENTIFICATION :

A valid drivers license or Michigan ID, Correct Address and Telephone Number are required to rent equipment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT :

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash, personal checks and money orders. Must have proper identification. Commercial accounts are available upon approval from credit department.

DAMAGE / LOSS POLICY:

Reasonable replacement fees will be assessed in the event that items become lost, broken, and / or damaged.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must take place 7 days prior to your event pick up date with the exceptions of linens, which require 14 days. If cancellation takes place within these terms then deposits will be refunded. If items are not cancelled within the terms above there will be a charge of at least 50% of the rental rate up to the full amount in peak rental periods. This is left to the manager's discretion.

DELIVERY POLICY:

We will deliver and pick up your equipment for an additional charge. Fees are determined by location and will be quoted upon request. Delivery charges are not included in the rental rates unless specified otherwise. There will be an additional fee added to normal rates for after normal business hours delivery services.
